I forgot my login password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten or don’t know your username or password to log-in to CADmine, you will need to contact your local administrator. For security reasons, we cannot give this information to you over the telephone. If you don’t know your local administrator, please call and we will direct you to an authorized contact at your agency.
What happened to the support portal?
We are currently migrating to a new CRM system which does not have the built-in user support portal that was offered here previously. At the present time, we ask that you direct your support requests to either e-mail or telephone. We are planning a new automated support information system to replace this functionality.
I just bought CADmine/Staff Wizard/GeoBalance; can I get someone from Corona Solutions to train my staff on it?
Yes, you can. For more information on our training, visit the services section of our website or contact your sales representative.
Where can I get a user manual on CADmine/Staff Wizard/GeoBalance?
The CADmine manual is available for download after you login to the portal. For the Staff Wizard or GeoBalance manual, call or send us an email telling us which manual you need, and we will get one to you right away.
