Corona Solutions will work with your agency to gather the necessary data to analyze your workload demands and audit it for accuracy. We then use our software tool, Staff Wizard®, to help you determine the right number of officers to put on patrol as well as when and where to put them. We will incorporate your goals and ensure that the numbers we present to you are accurate and useful. One of our qualified analysts will present the results of our work to you at your department.
What are the steps?
An analyst at Corona will load the data into the Staff Wizard program and then call the contact person at the agency. Together, they will review the data and check for accuracy. They will also review the needs and expectations of the agency to be sure they will receive what they expect.
Finally, the analyst will run the analysis, print out the results, and organize them into a presentation. Corona Solutions will then place one of our professional consultants on-site with your agency for a day to present the results of the analysis in detail, and discuss the implications and options. The consultant will have access to a system with your data loaded on it, and will be able to run new schedule analyses on the spot.
After the consultant’s visit, you will have an additional four hours consultation credit to use for follow-ups, “what-ifs”, or any other analysis you may require.
