Alerts
Imagine having an early warning system that notifies you when a particular crime type or a spike in crime happens in a particular neighborhood. CADmine can do this. Each user sets up alerts based on parameters he feels is important. Alerts can be set for things as broad as an inconsistency or a crime spike in an area, or as narrow as a particular address or crime type. CADmine’s alert feature keeps your agency knowledgeable of the most up-to-date crime occurrences.
Searching
Do you want to find out which calls in the last year involved a white Ford Explorer with a partial license plate of “TM???6”? In seconds, CADmine will match all of your criteria and present the matches in an easy-to-read table.
CADmine provides a user-friendly interface to search your CAD data. You can search dispatcher comments using keywords, phrases, and partial phrases, or you can search by things like addresses, phone numbers, and complainant name. These results are then provided in an easy-to-read table that can be exported to many popular file formats. Events can also be pin-pointed on a map of your jurisdiction from within the table.
Getting critical information from your CAD system in a usable format has never been this easy. Everything in CADmine is point-and-click. Users do not need to know any special query languages and can be productive with CADmine in as little as fifteen minutes.
Mapping
CADmine contains a user-friendly mapping system that works automatically as new CAD data is uploaded from your CAD system. Everything you need to provide maps to your users is included in your subscription. With CADmine, you don’t need to purchase additional software or train anyone on how to use a desktop mapping application, such as ArcView2. You also don’t have to worry about how to distribute maps within your agency.
To create our crime mapping function, Corona Solutions utilizes a state-of-the-art geocoding engine that can map out x,y coordinates within seconds. This engine was developed by Corona Solutions specifically for CADmine. Our geocoding engine can geocode addresses in a variety of standard formats, as well as flexible intersection formats. It can even learn where typos and other ‘exceptions’ are by point-and-click interactive geocoding.
Reports
Detailed reports showing actual workload and crime statistics in your jurisdiction are provided by CADmine. County commissioners and city council can be shown up-to-date crime data and statistics. Reports are distributed via email attachments in industry standard document attachments.
