Before you get started
In the application, you'll see columns for Input and Output statistics. You can use 
our sample data based our experience with agencies throughout the United States and Canada, or you can enter as much of your own as you like. If you don't have all of the statistics for your agency, just use what you do have and the sample data for the rest.
Generally we need to know what your workload is by calls for service and unit responses. The projected performance will be immediately calculated as soon as you enter/change any of the input statistics. You can request a pdf report be sent to your email at any time during your session.
